ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Europe recently held a special workshop from February 13 to 15, 2023, bringing together key members of its steering committee. The workshop aimed to revise the company's annual objectives and establish guidelines for the new year. One of the highlights of the event was a series of training sessions conducted by Mike Dwyer, Corporate Health and Safety Director at Dofasco, a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal. 

As a professional with a wealth of experience, Dwyer has held various positions within ArcelorMittal, providing leadership during challenging situations. His presence and expertise added significant value to the workshop, particularly in workplace safety. By participating in the training sessions, the company's leaders aimed to set an example and underscore the unwavering commitment to safety at ArcelorMittal. 

In line with the workshop's objectives, Aditya Mittal, our group’s CEO, recently released a revised health and safety policy for the group. The updated policy focuses on nurturing supportive and empowering leadership, integrating health and safety considerations into all decision-making processes, promoting continuous improvement, and maintaining well-equipped facilities with preventive controls.
