Chassis and Suspension

We deliver tubes and components to the automotive markets for various tubular chassis applications like trailing arms, reinforcement, twist beams and parts of rear cradles. ArcelorMittal Europe - Tubular Products has developed its own generic solutions for sub-assemblies. This includes rear and front cradles, battery pack applications and rear axles.

Crash Components

ArcelorMittal Europe Tubular Products has a proven track record and expertise around crash management components like front lower crash extenders and stiffeners. We offer customized R&D services ranging from blueprint, co-development or full development and design of parts, crash behaviour simulations and validations.

Seats

Our production sites supply cold-finished precision tubes with or without heat-treatment for seat applications. In a wide range of steel grades, we supply tubes for structures, end forming and head rest applications. 

Stabilizer bars

ArcelorMittal Europe - Tubular Products supplies both cold-finished and cold-drawn precision tubes used in the manufacturing of stabilizer bars offering significant weight advantages over solid bar solutions. A wide range of material grades are available in boron and boron equivalent steels offering high levels of mechanical properties to meet customer specifications. Our tubular solutions are delivered with a low decarburization content which improves the fatigue life performance of stabilizer bars.
 

IP beams

ArcelorMittal Europe - Tubular Products offers a complete range of tubes for cross-car beam applications. Available with additional specialized services including laser cutting, profiling and welding.
 

Steering columns

We supply cold-finished and cold-drawn precision tubes for steering column applications with highly accurate dimensional and surface finish tolerances. Tubes for these applications are available in round or octagonal sections.

Body-In-White and battery protection

ArcelorMittal Europe - Tubular Products supplies welded cold-finished precision tubes in different shapes and steel grades to meet the highest safety and structural requirements of body-in-white and battery pack applications.
