Health Awareness Week 2025: Small habits, big impact!
Colleagues celebrated HAP Week 2025, which continues to highlight the value of consistent prevention, responsible behaviour on the shop floor and simple habits that strengthen long-term wellbeing.
Last week, ArcelorMittal Europe – Tubular Products held its annual Health Awareness Week, an initiative dedicated to promoting healthier habits, raising awareness on key medical topics, and reinforcing our commitment to a safe working environment.
Across our sites, colleagues took part in a variety of activities designed to encourage prevention, early detection, movement, and wellbeing throughout the workday. Teams organised a mix of medical information sessions, first aid and CPR awareness, flu vaccination opportunities, practical workshops, physical activities, safety refreshers, ergonomic training and daily fruit initiatives. Many sites also placed additional focus on cardiovascular health, stress management, cancer awareness and healthy lifestyle habits.
Beyond individual activities, the week was an opportunity to strengthen team culture, increase safety awareness on the shop floor, and highlight the importance of taking care of ourselves and those around us.
Health Awareness Week continues to grow each year, driven by strong local engagement and creative initiatives. This ongoing momentum reflects our shared belief that safety and wellbeing are essential foundations for performance, both collectively and individually.
We thank all colleagues for their enthusiasm and participation, and look forward to building on this positive energy for next year’s edition.
