The revival of JÄKL comes with a significant investment in developing and strengthening the traditional Czech brand. The new production lines completed this year enable the further expansion of the product range. The revival comes with a new logo and slogan, "KARVINA ORIGINAL," emphasizing the values and place of origin of JÄKL products. The launch of the new concept in Karvina today also reveals the brand's key values: TRADITION-PRECISION-QUALITY.
The launch event took place in our Tubular Products' mill of Karviná, with the virtual presence of Cédric Bouzar, CEO of Downstream Solutions; Jeyachandran Rajasekaran, CEO ArcelorMittal Europe – Tubular Products; Adrian Alecu, Head of Sales & Marketing of ArcelorMittal Europe – Tubular Products; and René Fabik, General Director of ArcelorMittal Europe – Tubular Products Karviná.
Were also present influential politicians from Moravian-Silesian region; Tomáš Hanzel, former Lord Mayor of city Karviná and Vice-Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies; Pavla Golasowská, Member of the Czech Parliament; Kateřina Konečná, Member of the European Parliament; Jan Wolf, Lord Mayor of Karviná and Representative of the Moravian-Silesian Region; Andrzej Bizoń, Deputy Mayor of the city Karvina; Marian Lebiedzik, Mayor of the city Petrovice u Karviné; Yvetta Kalužová, Director of Secondary school of Technique and Services in Karvina; Česlava Lukaštíková, Director of Technical College in Karvina; Jan Rafaj, Vice-president of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic and CEO in company Heimstade.
